Fire sprinklers systems are consider life saving fire safety measures. It activates in event of fire, preventing the fire reaching the stage of “flashover” (auto-ignition of flammable combustible materials in the room), hence reducing the risks to occupants.
The fire sprinkler system may comprise of various elements such as metal pipework, valve sets, boosters, pump sets, water tanks; and may be connected to monitoring and signalling equipment. These components needs to be regularly maintain by qualified fitters to ensure efficacy.
